The Calrow-Higson-Treeby summit is an annual gathering of my various relatives the oldest attenddee is my dad whilst the youngest is Nick's daughter Lauren

The 2007 summit will be held in Swindon on the 5th and 6th May in Swindon!

The timetable is:

Saturday 5th May

12:00 Initial wave of delegates arrive Marriot Hotel Swindon for coffee and possible power swim before heading off to Lacock - approx 35 mins from Swindon.

14:00 Second wave of delegates arrive at the National Trust Village of Lacock. Roger and Granny Calrow are expected to set up "base-camp" in one of the three good pub recommended pubs whilst the others will wander round the grounds and the Abbey.

17:00 - If not already done so check in at the Marriot Hotel Swindon and make use of the Leisure facilities and get ready for dinner.

20:00 Meal at the Marriott

Sunday 6th May.

Leisurely breakfast and read Sunday papers

The lads may have a squash and golf challenge (Simon and Nick will have a runing challenge ) whilst Les Lucy and co may take advantage of the pool and leisure facility.

Approx 11:00 depart for leisurely drive and walk round Devizes locks and/or Avebury (Les permitting!!) and depending on the weather have a picnic or possibly go for a Sunday Roast at Check Inn (2006 CAMRA National pub of the year runner up) Wroughton maybe even get a gane of Petanque in!!

Depart mid - afternoon (will Vicky find time to go the designer outlet centre)?

N.B Lucy and Andrew have let it be known that they will be celebrating their birthdays that weekend!!
